A showstopper ink, Vinta Vesper Blue [Bisperas 1669] is a brilliantly luminous blue with a vivid red sheen and a generous amount of gold shimmer.

Named after a Filipino Christmas tradition

Bisperas means “eve”. The ink honours Simbang Gabi, the nine-day series of Masses leading up to Christmas in the Philippines. The year 1669 recalls the first of these celebrations.

Why ink lovers rave about it

• Luminous blue base
• Striking red-to-pink sheen where ink pools
• Gold shimmer for a festive sparkle
• Limited edition from Vinta’s Holiday 2022 collection

How to get the most from it

Use a wet, broad or stub nib on coated paper to bring out both the sheen and the shimmer.
