Where the ocean meets the horizon: Vinta Sea & Sky [Lakbay 1861] is a gentle bluish teal enhanced by an earthy red shimmer.

A journey in ink

Lakbay means “journey”. The ink is based on Lola Basyang’s tale “Kapatid ng Tatlong Maria”, in which a boy sets out to find his long-lost sisters. The year 1861 is when author Severino Reyes was born.

Why it stands out

• A calm teal reminiscent of the sea
• Contrasting earthy red shimmer
• Low shading for a smooth, even line

Tip

The contrast between teal and red shimmer shows best on white paper with a medium or broad nib.
