Inspired by a lagoon of gentle jellyfish, Vinta Blue in Bloom [Tojoman 1935] is a bright, deep cobalt “jelly” blue with a shower of fine silver shimmer and a touch of pink sheen.

The story

In Tojoman Lagoon, within Sohoton Cove National Park, jellyfish have evolved without stings thanks to the lagoon’s calm, isolated waters. A group of jellyfish is called a “bloom”, which gives this ink its name.

A limited edition

Blue in Bloom was created as a commemorative ink for the 2024 Manila Pen Show.

Three effects

1. Bright cobalt blue base
2. Fine silver shimmer
3. Pink sheen where the ink pools

Paper tip

Coated, fountain pen friendly paper brings out the sheen best.
