Pompeii, frozen in time beneath the ash of Vesuvius, is famous for its richly coloured walls and marble. The Leonardo x Dolcevita Momento Zero Fountain Pen in Marmo Pompei GT takes inspiration from that ancient world, pairing a burgundy and blue resin with gold plated trim for a pen that feels rich, historic and full of depth.

“Marmo Pompei”

Marmo means marble in Italian. The name evokes the colours and textures of ancient Pompeii, and the burgundy and blue resin has that same sense of warmth and grandeur.

A dependable writer

Underneath the beautiful material is Leonardo’s popular Momento Zero design. It’s 142mm capped and 170mm posted, 15mm in diameter and 25g in weight, so it’s comfortable for long writing sessions. The screw cap keeps the nib secure.

Nib options

The steel nib is available in Fine, Medium or Broad. Medium is a great all-rounder, while Broad lets rich inks really shine.

Filling made flexible

A cartridge and converter are both in the box, so you can choose between convenience and the huge variety of bottled inks.

Ink pairing

Burgundy, oxblood and deep blue inks all complement Marmo Pompei’s colours beautifully.
