Why choose a rollerball?

A rollerball writes with liquid ink, so it needs almost no pressure and produces a richer, darker line than a ballpoint. If your hand tires during long lectures or you simply love a smooth, flowing line, the safari rollerball is a joy.

The neonpink look

Neon Pink, or neonpink as LAMY writes it, is a full-strength fluorescent pink with a matching pink clip. It is a colour that makes people smile, and it is one of LAMY’s two neon special editions for 2026.

The safari story

Designed in 1980, the safari was made to be tough, practical and fun. Its sturdy body, sprung wire clip and ergonomic form have made it a favourite with students and designers for over four decades.

Everyday uses

• Lecture and meeting notes
• Journaling and planners
• Quick sketches and mind maps
• Signing cards and letters with a splash of personality

Refills

When the ink runs out, simply replace it with a LAMY M63 rollerball refill, available in black and blue.
