This is the pen that gets borrowed and, if you are not careful, never returned. The LAMY AL-star ballpoint in Rollerskate pairs LAMY’s dependable click ballpoint with a body in bright, happy pink.

Colour first, then everything else

The Rollerskate edition rolls in with a bright pink anodised aluminium body, set off by a translucent blue grip section and a blue clip and front ring. It is a colour combination that brightens a desk, a planner and, honestly, a Monday morning.

An everyday workhorse

Beneath the colour is the same practical design that has made the AL-star a modern classic. The push-button mechanism is quick and reliable, the LAMY M16 refill writes smoothly in black medium, and the aluminium body is light enough to carry everywhere yet tough enough to live in a bag.

Reasons to choose a ballpoint

• Quick-drying ink that will not smudge on forms or receipts
• Works on almost any paper, including glossy and carbon copies
• No cap to lose: just click and write
• Large-capacity LAMY M16 refills last a long time

Gift idea

Looking for a stylish pen gift under a budget for a friend, colleague or student? The Rollerskate ballpoint is affordable, genuinely useful and different from anything they already own. Add the matching fountain pen or pencil for a complete Rollerskate set.

Collect the set

The Rollerskate colourway is also available as a fountain pen, a rollerball and a 0.5mm mechanical pencil. Many collectors buy the full quartet, as special editions rarely return once they sell out.
