A beginner-friendly fountain pen with a magical finish: the Kaweco Perkeo Fountain Pen in Iridescent Pearl.

An ever-changing colour

The translucent body shimmers with colours that shift from green-blue to pink as the light changes. The Iridescent Pearl finish was a community favourite on an earlier limited Kaweco Sport, and in 2026 it returned as a permanent Perkeo colour.

Why the Perkeo is a great first fountain pen

• Ergonomic grip: a softly triangular section guides your fingers into a comfortable position
• Light: about 14g, easy for long writing sessions
• German steel nib in Fine or Medium
• Simple filling: standard international cartridges, short or long; one blue cartridge included
• Converter-ready: a standard international converter (sold separately) lets you use bottled ink

Size

140mm closed and 159mm with the cap posted, with a 15mm body. The snap cap posts securely.
