Haute couture meets Swiss precision. The Caran d’Ache 849 0.5mm Mechanical Pencil, Germanier Neon Pink (Special Edition) comes from Les Fulgureuses, the 2025 collection created with Swiss fashion designer Kvin Germanier.

Who is Kvin Germanier?

A rising star of haute couture with Swiss roots, Germanier is known for vivid colour, beadwork and upcycled materials. At Paris Fashion Week 2025 he even showed a dress made from used Caran d’Ache pens and pencils.

The design

• Neon pink lacquer with a four-colour pearl pattern inspired by his beadwork
• GERMANIER logo on the barrel
• Classic hexagonal aluminium 849 body: light, durable and it won’t roll off your desk
• Presented in a metal box on a holographic base

Practical, too

A push button advances the 0.5mm HB lead, and beneath the button you’ll find an eraser and a lead reservoir. It is Swiss Made and ready for notes, sketches and technical drawing.
