The Aurora 88 Black fountain pen is a great update to the classic 88. It comes with a glossy finish on the cap and barrel as well as the section of the pen that creates a stunning look and captivates every eye on this pen. It is a regular sized pen with a cigar shape – a round body with smoothly rounded off ends. Pen appears well finished and well made – Feels well balanced with amazing grip. There is also a thin metal band at the end of the piston-turning knob. The section is fairly long, tapering slightly towards the nib and ending in a flared ridge. There are resin threads at the back of the section, and a clear, double walled ink window. The ink window is not visible when the pen is capped, and the cap band connects smoothly with the barrel. The cap, section, and barrel are all black glossy resin.
This fountain pen is accented with chrome trim on the clip and rings. A matching solid 14K gold nib is then fitted on this piston style fountain pen with an ink viewing window integrated into the barrel. With its unique design and stunning chrome accents, this pen is sure to be an eye-catching addition to any writing collection.
