A different kind of fountain pen

The Viper is one of Diplomat’s most distinctive pens: a slim aluminium body engraved with a guilloch pattern that resembles reptile scales, closed by a smart magnetic cap. On the fountain pen, a hooded nib keeps the profile clean and modern while protecting the nib.

The F/M nib

The Viper comes with a single nib size that sits between Fine and Medium. It gives a clean, everyday line that suits most handwriting and most papers, which makes it an easy choice for first-time fountain pen users.

Easy to fill

Pop in a standard international cartridge for convenience, or use the included converter to explore the world of bottled ink.

Why choose the Viper

• A magnetic cap that closes quickly and securely
• Engraved texture for a confident grip
• A hooded nib that resists drying out
• German design and manufacture

Ink pairings

Orange and burnt-amber inks echo the barrel, while blue-black gives a crisp professional contrast.
