Hobonichi Techo A5 Cover – 100%ORANGE: Wheres the Squirrel Going

A5 Cousin Size

The picture bookOhikosshiillustrated by 100%ORANGE is now available on a Hobonichi Techo cover.

Ohikkoshiwas first released in the monthly magazineOhanashi Pookain 2007 and published as a picture book the following year. The squirrels all cross the bridge, go down the stairs and just when you think they all made their way across the street, they climb up the wire fence for a short rest…The sight of them all walking together, one after another, is somehow both delightful and refreshing.

On the Cousin-size cover Wheres the Squirrel Going, the squirrels are steadily progressing in single-file over a pair of boots, a flower planter, and even a cat! Among them, there are those that are wearing a striped shirt, holding an umbrella or fitted with a belt. All the more fun to imagine each of their different personalities.

The brown butterfly-stopper pen holders are made of synthetic leather. The way the orange of the interior peeks out adds to the charm.

The cover interior is in a warm orange color, and you can look at the same amazing view that the squirrels are. The tips of the bookmarks have a brown charm in the image of a nut. The pocket on the left also includes 100%ORANGEs signature.

The striking design stretches all the way from the front to the back of the cover, a key feature of this design. There is no pocket on the cover exterior.
